Paul Huebner, Partner Paul J. Huebner is the founder and principal consultant of Business IT Solutions LLC, which helps market-leading services companies achieve their business goals by optimizing their business processes and use of technology. He is also the founder of Cloud Computing Solutions. From 2003 - 2007 Paul was senior vice president and CIO of Ameritas Acacia Companies, and then of UNIFI Companies, Inc. Prior to becoming CIO, he helped to establish and lead the Ameritas Acacia Companies’ e-business group. In the early 1990’s, Paul joined what would become IBM’s Global Services unit, where he provided business strategic planning, process re-design, software selection and change management services. He also helped start up IBM’s first web-based consulting service. 
Gopal Rao, CTO and Partner
Gopal Rao is a Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology. He specializes in C-level strategic and implementation planning. As an advisor, he has acted as CTO for multiple organizations, streamlined ERP implementations which were off track and re-aligned IT departments according to business constraints. He has also guided clients in the selection of the correct system infrastructure, developed RFP’s, negotiated multi-year agreements, and has implemented new ERP systems. Specific technology expertise includes: Sybase and Oracle databases, Oracle, PeopleSoft and JDE ERP systems, business continuity planning and performance sizing. Gopal is also the founder of Achala Creative Solutions.
